Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE ?
A: Rental of the villa, all electricity (excluding pool heating), sales taxes, use of communal pool

Q: HOW DO I BOOK ?
A: Confirm availability with us, and send a deposit to reserve the period.

Q: HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT ?
A: £50 per person (excluding children under 12).

Q: WHEN IS THE BALANCE DUE ?
A: 8 weeks before departure (or immediately if the required dates are sooner).

Q: HOW MUCH IS POOL HEATING ?
A: £60 per week.

Q: IS THERE AN IRON IN THE VILLA ?
A: Yes, and an ironing board !

Q: IS THERE A TELEPHONE ?
A: Yes, but you will need to purchase a telephone card for long distance calls.

Q: DO I NEED TO TAKE TOWELS ?
A: There are plenty of towels for use in and around the villa. However, we do ask that you supply your own beach towels when visiting the beaches.

Q: IS THERE A STEREO/CD SYSTEM IN THE VILLA ?
A:There is an intercom system that broadcasts radio or cassette tapes in every room (optionally) including the pool area, but at the moment it does not play CDs. However, the DVD player can be used to play CDs – you can also view your digital holiday snaps on it ! There is also a PS2 in the 4th bedroom, which can also play CDs’

Q: HOW SECURE IS THE VILLA ?
A: There is a very good alarm system installed, smoke detectors and an audible warning system on the patio doors to the pool (children can be so quick !). There is also a safe to protect your valuables.
